Personal Evaluator & Profile
The evaluator will identify your strength’s and identify areas for development combined with strategies for the future. Emotional Intelligence competencies may vary across jobs and professions. Many will find that they have a weakness that is preventing them from excelling. The profile will establish strategies to ensure future success.
In advance of the workshop all participants will be required to complete a 133 frame Bar-On Eq-I evaluator which will take between 20 and 40 minutes.

Booking a Training Course
Emotional Intelligence courses may be facilitated in-company for 10 or more employees in-house. Courses are also run as open programs. These courses are FAS accredited and funding is available to those eligible which includes companies operating with less than 250 employees.
