Executive Coaching Research by the CIPD suggests 99% of employers
believe that coaching can deliver tangible benefits to individuals
and organisations and 88% now expect their line managers to use
coaching techniques as part of their every day work. CEO Coaching Being an organisational leader today is a
highly demanding role. Often, the CEO is expected to have all the
answers. Because of their position at the top of the organisation
they can often find themselves in functional isolation, with no
one to turn to or bounce ideas off. Many top leaders are now employing
the services of a business coach primarily as a trusted advisor
whose function is to enable the CEO to maintain focus, prioritise,
and to provide crucial feedback in a confidential environment.
