Mentoring The word Mentor, which comes from the Greek, means "trusted advisor, friend, and confidant".What is mentoring? Mentoring is a holistic approach to goal improvement. Those who achieve lasting success depend on a kaleidoscope strategy to link aspirations and activities. With a mentor individuals are inspired to perform at a higher level than they would already have done so at their own device. A mentor will help you achieve your dreams and aspirations through focused campaigns and goal setting. Less than 1% of individuals are strong enough to dream bigger dreams and achieve them alone.
