Mentoring for Women Everyone will grow with a one-one dedicated relationship. However, those going through personal and organisational change and development have a more acute requirement. This includes organisational change, promotion, times of change and rapid growth allied with new challenges including operating at a more strategic level.Women and minority groups have been proven to gain considerably from this one to one targeted relationship as have graduates and isolated individuals such as home workers and those at Director level. "Over 80% have reported that coaching and mentoring improves individual performance targets. Those surveyed also planned to increase their commitment to coaching and mentoring programmes". Accelerating Performance prides itself in providing dedicated mentoring for women including those women who wish to re-enter into the workplace, for those who wish to excel in their current careers and for those who are struggling to ensure they have an equitable work life balance.
