The law of reciprocity means that the more we give the more we gain or 2+2=5 It is important when networking that we have a vision, know where we are going and connect effectively. We must develop rapport and empathy and above all develop relationships of trust. We must also remember to be innovative in our networking techniques. Networking is just like flossing. We must learn to do it ourselves as it cannot be outsourced!
